Samples, presets and projects

After you pay, you get a download page and an email link you can keep, so you can download your files again any time. Read the license included with your download. Moving the store from Gumroad does not change an existing product’s license, and Gumroad purchases stay in your Gumroad library.

Sample and preset usage

You may use the samples and presets royalty-free in your original music, including commercial releases. You may not share or resell the raw samples or presets.

These terms cover the free kick pack and paid sample and preset packs. The Ableton project and device software have separate terms. Read the usage terms.

The free kick pack includes its own usage terms in the download. For missing files, access problems or a licensing question, contact Alex.

Ableton project usage

The Up To No Good Ableton project is provided for learning. You may study and edit it for learning, but may not release the track or remixes or redistribute the project. Read the project usage terms.

Devices

Device requirements, setup instructions and purchase details are listed on each device page. Devices are delivered the same way as samples: a download page you keep, which always has the latest version. Protected beta downloads are available to approved testers through the existing beta portal.
